Ordering:

All orders are processed once payment is received in full. Orders are then shipped out within 2 business days.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped through EMS courier service. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped out.

Tracking numbers usually take 2-5 days to show online. You can track your parcel at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

Delivery:

Parcels usually take 7-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination country. Please note that any delays in shipping due to the courier company cannot be controlled by us, therefore it is not our responsibility. However, we will do our best to figure out the status of your parcel if in the rare event, your parcel is delayed.

Returns:

If you didn't pinch yourself with amazement when you received your designer handbag(s) from Pinchmepurses.com, don't worry. Pinchmepurses.com is ready and willing to satisfy your needs even if that means that we have to take your bag(s) back.

Please send an email to us with a return email address stating that you would like to return your bag(s), within 14 days of receiving your bag(s). Please state your reason for the return. From there we will specify to you an address with which to mail the bag(s) back to us. The bag(s) must be returned in unused and perfect original condition with original packaging.

Once the bag is recieved by us, the bag will be scrutinized by trained Pinchmepurses.com personnel for wear and tear.

If everything is in original and unused condition, you will be reimbursed your full amount paid minus a 25% restocking, sourcing, and shipping fees.
